Prototype of a compact residential building

The idea is a prototype for a compact residential building based on 95 sqm, unifying artificial, construction and sustainable aspects.

The residence is designed with open spaces, lighting rooms, bioclimatic orientation and openings for perspective views into nature. There is flexible ground plan structure with a fix energy box and colours and materials balanced to garden texture.
