idea and concept:
The idea of MACT was to create an urban hybrid-multi-storey building with a coherent central
atrium space and vertical and horizontal garden spaces for private and public use.
The green pockets cut into the compact building and open its cubic volume for roof gardens,
connecting different uses and levels. They work as atmospheric green filters and microclimate
islands. Together with the functions and uses MACT forms and becomes an Urban Oasis for all
users and tenants.
The building, levels and all units are arranged around the central atrium core so that all
tenants have direct contact to the main atrium and the vertical and horizontal gardens.
The mosaic façade structure – with translucent, transparent and opaque materials - takes into
account technical, cultural and functional aspects and becomes a vertical ornament.
In any case eco sustainable and innovate environmental qualities are always considered
