For a family of 4, the existing Waldsiedlungshaus with pitched roof was too small. There was a desire for extension. Modern, large, bright living room, walk-in wardrobe with master bedroom, guest room, spa rooms and outdoor, mediterranean-style terraces were planned, in which the gym, sauna and indoor pool found their place in the basement of the new building.

From the street, the view of the existing building has not changed, from the garden you can see the newly created modern extension.
