The recent increase in age expectancy of the developed countries’ populations raises some new questions about the senility and particularly about the after-retirement age.

Many retired people from the northern European countries, which often happen to be cold and cloudy (the UK, Germany, Scandinavia) chose to move to more affordable ones in the south e.g. Greece.

The 100 sqm no-barrier houses are designed for seniors who want to continue to master their old age independently. The units are completely disability-friendly and offer space for carers / guests with independent sleep and bath area.
